Request an offer for your project
2 to 4 business days

Get started by simply submitting a request at the top of this page! Depending on the product you choose, you'll need to provide information about your location (so we can determine how much sunlight you're receiving) and your actual usage (to determine the correct size for your system). You will be assigned one of our sales executives who will accompany you throughout the process and will contact you if additional information is required. We will design the system that best suits your needs and send you a formal offer for the complete installation, with a detailed description of all the components included.

We make a technical visit
up to 5 business days

After you accept the offer, we can schedule a technical visit, where we perform an evaluation of your location and structural specifications, and answer any additional questions you may have. For grid connected solar panels, this is the time we help you apply for a power availability permit with your electricity provider and request a system inspection for installation authorization. By signing the necessary documents, all procedures with your current provider will be started.

To sign the contract
up to 3 business days

After deciding your payment method, we will ask you to sign the purchase contract for your project. When signing the contract, a payment of 30% of the system value is required to start the import process of your products. In the case of a project financed by credit, you will sign the proper contract.

Wait for your products and permits…
30 to 50 days

After making the initial payment, you will have to wait for your products to arrive in costa rica. The time to complete the importation of your products may vary, but we always try to expedite the process and will remain in contact with you.
If your product will be connected to the grid, you will need to wait for your electricity provider to complete the procedures for permit approval and inspection scheduling (about 15-20 days, depending on your provider).

1 to 5 business days

When your products have arrived at our warehouse, it's time to schedule the installation of your project! For this, the installation time will depend on the size of your system, the location of your project and the weather conditions (after that the last payment of 35% must be made) While the installation of solar water heaters usually takes only one day , installation of connected or off-grid systems will take between 2 and 5 business days. For grid-connected solar panels, interconnection requires a last scheduled visit from a technician from your provider (included in our turnkey offer). After a system inspection, you will sign an interconnection contract with your provider. We will always make sure that your solar project is fully operational.
